At Guardian Compliance our number one priority is safety. Our safety culture is documented and predicated on clear, achievable goals. Guardian's safety objective is to have each employee return home safely every day. We reach this goal by following safe practices one task at a time, one job at a time, one day at a time.

Prevention and intervention are critical components of our safety training and protocols. We take a proactive, hands-on approach to safety, including a strategy that is organized and focused on avoiding accidents and injuries. Part of our training orientation involves root cause analysis to examine why accidents happen and how to avoid them. We have adopted the best safety processes from our legacy companies, Encompas and Environmental Analytics. This includes the successful Goal Zero program that saw employees work more than 1.1 million hours without a Lost Work Day case and work over 365 days without an OSHA recordable incident.

Our focus on health and safety is engrained in every employee starting with a rigorous pre-employment physical. Initial training and ongoing evaluations are vital to the success of our safety efforts. Guardian Compliance employees experience skills training, safety orientations, site-specific orientations and attend daily tool-box and weekly safety meetings. They also receive specific safety training on important topics such as: HAZCOM, PSM, Hearing Conservation, Fall Protection, Respiratory Protection, Back Injury Prevention, Temperature Stress Hazards and more. Our employees receive the ARSC Reciprocal Basic Plus Orientation (or equivalent) in addition to applicable site-specific training. Guardian combines New Hire Orientation with mandatory annual refresher training for our experienced staff. This ensures that the training is always up-to-date and consistent. It also gives new employees an opportunity to ask questions and benefit from lessons learned by experienced technicians.

We have a risk assessment program and an accountability system set up for the proper completion of a Job Safety Analysis for every job. Our employees use JSA's daily as a tool to identify and document potential hazards before they begin work.
